What is productivity coaching anyway?
Productivity coaching is a process of exploring and designing ways of working that allow you to be the most efficient and effective version of you.
For some people, they may want coaching to enable them to complete a specific project, or to help them find time to start a new one.
For others it may be that they want to find ways of getting things done that allow them to reduce the hours they need to work, so that they can be more present for friends or family.

It is not always about getting more done, it can be just about getting things done in a more effective way for you.
​
In my coaching I follow a T.E.A. (Time, Energy, Attention) model to help me identify where challenges are being faced, and the tools or approaches that may help.
​

I work with anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck in 'busy work' mode, or like they could do with some support to find a way of working that works for them.
In the past I have worked with employed managers, self employed designers, people starting businesses around small children, and people returning to work after maternity leave.

The one thing they all have in common?
​
They were all feeling overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that had to be done, and were looking for a better way to get things done.​​

What happens in a coaching session?
Just as the challenges facing each of us are all different, so will each coaching session be different.
However, generally speaking we will follow a plan of looking at a where you are now with regard to a specific issue, where you would like to get to, and then talk through some of the possible steps needed to get you there, possibly using specific exercises or tools.
The outcome of the session will be a plan with specific actions to get you moving forward as quickly as possible.
Built into the coaching packages I provide are between-session checkins via email, and ongoing Voxer / WhatsApp access to support you as you put the changes into practice.

Productivity Coaching Packages
The main packages I offer are summarised below - all of packages can be delivered via zoom, or face to face if you are local to SW London / Surrey. I offer sessions within standard working hours, although I am able to offer evening or weekend sessions with prior agreement.
As a coach I am bound by the ICF Code of Ethics, and as such all sessions with me are strictly confidential.
Productivity Power Hour
An hour to kickstart your productivity journey or tackle a specific issue.
​
We'll look at whats going on right now, where you'd like to get to, and then brainstorm some concrete actions to get you moving forward.
​
Included in the package:

- T.E.A. (Time, Energy, Attention) questionnaire before the session so we can hit the ground running during our time together
​
- 1 hour of focused coaching around the topic you've highlighted
​
- Action plan emailed to you after the session.
​
- Accountability check-in by email 7 days after the session.

The Deep Dive is a structured program drawing on my training and experience as a career coach, which focuses on redefining what you want from your working life, and support you to implement systems and practices to make this a reality.
