I work with neurodivergent individuals to help them understand how to work with their brains, rather than fighting against them, so that they can thrive, both in work and everyday life.
How i can help
The racing mind, the overwhelm, the bouncing from one idea to the next , the belief that this next tip, trick. tool or journal will solve everything - I get it. It can be hard to know where to focus your energy, and how to keep all the plates spinning when you're operating in a world not designed for people whose brains work differently.

That's where I come in - working with you to help you understand how your brain works, what the challenges are, and how you can start to work with your brain, so that you can get the best out of yourself.

It doesn't matter whether you have a formal diagnosis, are exploring the idea that you might be neurodivergent, or just feel that sometimes the way life is set up just doesn't work for you - coaching is for everyone, the focus is on you, and what you would like to get out of the sessions.

Some of the things I have worked with clients on include designing and implementing an organisation system for a busy teacher, creating an inspiring working environment for a creative business owner, and developing an approach for prioritisation for a busy HR professional.
